AchvMate Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between The AchieveMate Association, Inc. ("Company") and the individual or entity (“Creator”) submitting or publishing content on the AchvMate platform.

By submitting content ("Success Recipes") or participating in AchvMate’s Creator Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Content Ownership & License

  • You retain full ownership of the original content you create.
  • By submitting content to AchvMate, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, display, distribute, and promote the content within the app, website, and related marketing.

2. Content Guidelines

  • Recipes must be original, accurate, and safe for users to follow.
  • You may not post content that is misleading, harmful, discriminatory, or violates any laws or intellectual property rights.
  • Company reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove content at its discretion.

3. Monetization Eligibility

  • If you choose to monetize your content or services through AchvMate, you must agree to the terms outlined in the separate Revenue Sharing Addendum (RSA).
  • The RSA includes details on eligible revenue streams, share percentages, payout schedules, and creator responsibilities.

4. Data & Privacy

  • You agree to maintain confidentiality of any private user information you may access.
  • Company will collect and analyze anonymized usage data to improve platform performance.

5. Termination

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time.
  • Upon termination, your content may be removed or archived per Company policy.

6. Disclaimers

  • AchvMate is not responsible for how users interpret or apply your content.
  • You are solely responsible for the quality, accuracy, and safety of what you publish.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
