How it works for nutrition and dietetics

  1. 1

Publish your nutrition protocol as a program

Structure your 12-week plan as milestone-based modules, including meal guidance, habit check-ins, and dietary goals. Publish once, run for every client.

  2. 2

Clients check in with Cero daily

Between your sessions, clients do a short voice check-in. Cero reads their confidence and engagement signals, notes when motivation is low, and reminds them of their commitments, without you having to text each person.

  3. 3

You see the picture before the session

Your dashboard shows milestone completion rates, session frequency, and who is falling behind. Arrive to each appointment with the context you need, not just what the client remembers to tell you.

What it looks like in practice

Maria, 34, nutrition client on a 12-week program

Maria checks in with Cero on Tuesday morning. She reports skipping two planned meals and feeling stressed at work. Cero notes the pattern in her session report and flags elevated anxiety signals in her tone. When her dietitian opens the dashboard on Wednesday, she already sees the dip and re-sequences the week's milestones before the call. Maria arrives to the session feeling heard before she even speaks.
